In the United States, the term “Organic”, when applied to food and farms, is not just some buzzword meant to grab the consumer’s eye. The US Department of Agriculture strictly regulates what foods and farms can call themselves “Organic”, requiring them to be certified under high standards of natural farming and processing.
We here at the Vance Family Farm have dedicated ourselves to meeting those standards.
